lotus Welcome!

Our regular programs are free and open to the public. These include:

SATSANG - Thursday evenings, 7:30pm - 9pm

Satsang means "in the company of the Truth." These programs include chanting and meditation, and may also include readings and speakers sharing their experiences of Siddha Yoga. Each satsang program helps us to include the teachings of Siddha Yoga in our daily lives.

On the first Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM, prior to the satsang program, we host a brief, informal introduction to Siddha Yoga. If you're new to Siddha Yoga or meditation, or you wish to bring someone who is new, you can take advantage of this introduction before satsang.

GURU GITA - Sunday mornings, 8am - 9:30am

The Guru Gita, the Song of the Guru, is a beautiful and ancient hymn which honors the Guru and describes the Guru-disciple relationship. Swami Muktananda referred to the Guru Gita as "the one indispensable text" of Siddha Yoga meditation. Chanting the Guru Gita actually bestows the experience of the Guru's state of pure consciousness.

SHIVA MAHIMNAH STOTRAM monthly on 2nd Friday, 7:30pm - 9pm

The Shiva Mahimnah Stotram, the Hymn to the Glory of Shiva, is a melodious chant praising the limitless attributes of God. It describes the Lord as Shiva, the supreme principle underlying all creation. This program includes a period of quiet meditation following the chant.

GURUSEVA - ongoing

Guruseva, selfless service, is an essential practice of Siddha Yoga. True guruseva is work performed with love and with no desire for reward. Through the practice of guruseva, we come to recognize our own inner worth. You are warmly invited to participate in this life-transforming spiritual practice.
